The Breakthrough 4 Health weight loss program is 3 months long. During that 3 month period, there will be 10 group tele-workshops*. The workshops will take place on Wednesday evenings at 9pm EST (6pm PST). The calls will be recorded and emailed to you if you are unable to make any of the sessions.
